There are basically three types of fabrics for bags: canvas, leather, and nylon
1.Canvas
Canvas bag is a bag made of coarse burlap, and its biggest feature is its durability and sturdiness. Its versatility is also favored by many people, as it can be paired with any clothing. Versatile and spontaneous, showcasing one's personality and expressing a desire for freedom in life philosophy; If the canvas bag is not contaminated with deep dirt, it can be washed directly with water or cleaned with a brush dipped in water. If the canvas bag is stained with oil, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent or soap solution. For light colored canvas bags, using a little salt or white vinegar during cleaning can prevent fading. After cleaning the canvas bag, be sure to take it to dry. When drying, it is best to stuff dust-proof paper or waste newspaper inside the bag to prevent color distortion or deformation.
2.Cortical
Leather bags are mainly made of PU leather, which has its own characteristics compared to genuine leather bags: PU leather bags have a beautiful appearance, are easy to maintain, and are durable; Genuine leather is difficult to maintain and prone to spoilage, but it is genuine leather.
Maintenance methods for PU leather products
(1) Wash with water and detergent, avoid gasoline scrubbing
(2) Cannot dry clean
(3) It can only be washed with water, and the washing temperature cannot exceed 40 degrees Celsius
(4) Cannot be exposed to sunlight
(5) Cannot come into contact with some organic solvents
(6) PU leather jackets need to be stored in hanging bags and cannot be folded
Characteristics of PU and synthetic leather:
(1) High strength, thin yet elastic, soft and smooth, breathable and permeable, and waterproof
(2) It still has good tensile strength and flexural strength at low temperatures, and has good resistance to light aging and hydrolysis stability
(3) Not wear-resistant, with appearance and performance similar to natural leather, easy to wash and stain, and easy to sew
(4) Smooth and compact surface, suitable for various surface treatments and dyeing, diverse varieties
Cortical maintenance methods
Wipe the moisture and dirt off the leather goods with a dry towel, clean them with leather cleaning solution, and then apply a layer of leather polish. This will keep the leather goods soft and comfortable at all times. Leather goods should not be overloaded to avoid friction with rough and sharp objects that may cause damage. Do not expose them to direct sunlight, fire, or compression. Do not approach flammable materials. Accessories should not be damp or acidic. Please use a soft cloth to wipe them regularly to prevent scratches, dirt, and deterioration.
3.Nylon
Young people particularly love nylon bags, which are not as old-fashioned as leather bags, but full of dynamic associations of sports bags. Nylon, also known as Jinlun, has the characteristics of smooth and durable feel, moderate price, good waterproof and windproof performance, high wear resistance, but it also has the disadvantages of easy wrinkling, difficult recovery, lack of sun resistance, and easy aging of the fabric.
Washing method for nylon fabric:
(1) Choose a general synthetic detergent, and the water temperature should not exceed 45 degrees Celsius
(2) Can be twisted lightly, avoid direct sunlight and drying
(3) Low temperature steam ironing
(4) After washing, ventilate and dry in the shade
